The community of Manila Cathedral is mourning the passing of Sis. Maria Hidelisa D. Cachuelo, a devoted and longtime servant of the Church, who died on February 14.
In a statement, the Cathedral community, together with Msgr. Rolly and Fr. Viel, expressed heartfelt condolences to her family and colleagues. Sis. Maria Hidelisa was remembered for her unwavering dedication and quiet strength, faithfully carrying out her responsibilities despite battling illness. Her commitment to service and deep faith left a lasting impression on those who worked alongside her.
As a tribute to her life and years of service, prayers and Holy Masses will be offered for the repose of her soul. The Cathedral community entrusts her to God’s mercy, praying that she may now rest in His eternal peace.
